A sad story!

I will share with you one of the story which I have read, and it really makes me feel so sad. But I know this story will teach children how to obey their parents. Hope you like it too.

Jenny was so happy about the house they found. For once in her life it was the right side of town. She unpacked her things with such great ease. As she watch her new curtain blow in the breeze. How wonderful it is to have her own room. School would be starting; she'd have friends over soon. There would be sleep overs, and parties; she's so happy, it is the way she wanted her life to be.

On the first day of school everything went great. She made new friends and even got a date. She thought " I want to be popular and I'm going to be because I got a date with the star of the team!". To be known in this school you had to have a clout and dating this guy would sure help out. There was only one problem stopping her fate. Her parents said she was to young to have a date.

"Well, I just won't tell them the entire truth, they won't know the difference; what's there to lose?". Jenny asked to stay with her friends that night, her parents frowned but said "alright". Excited, she got ready for the big event. But as she rushed around like she had no sense, she began to feel guilty about all the lies. But what's a pizza party and a moonlight ride?

Well the pizza was good, and the party was great, but the moonlight ride would have to wait. For  Dan was half drunk by this time. But he kissed her and said that he was just fine. Then the room filled with smoke and Dan took a puff. Jenny couldn't believe he was smoking with that stuff. Now Dan was ready to ride to the point. But only after he smoked another joint. They jumped in the car for the moonlight ride, not thinking he was too drunk to drive.

They finally made to the point at last and Dan started trying to make a pass. A pass is not what Jenny wanted at all ( and by pass I don't mean playing football)."Perhaps my parents were right..maybe I was too young. Boy how could I ever, ever be so dumb." With all her might, she pushed Dan away."Please take me home I don't want to stay." Dan cranked up the engine and floored the gas. In a matter of seconds they were going too fast.

As Dan drive on in a fit of wild anger, Jenny knew that her life was in danger. She beg and pleaded him to slow down but he just got faster as they neared the town."Just let me go home! I'll confess that I lied. I really went out of the moonlight ride." Then all of a sudden she saw a big flash. "Oh God please help us we're going to crash!". She doesn't remember the force of the impact. Just that all of a sudden everything went black. She felt someone remove her from the twisted rubble, and heard "Call an ambulance! These kids are in trouble!"

Voices she heard..a few words at best. But she there were two cars involved in the wreck, then wondered to herself if Dan was alright and if the people in another car were still alive. She awoke in the hospital to faces so sad. "You've been in a wreck, and it looks pretty bad." These voiced echoed inside her head as they gently told her that Dan was dead. They said we've done all that we can do. But it looks as if we'll lose you too." The people in the other car also died.

Jenny prayed," God forgive me for what I've done. I only just want to have one night of fun.Tell those family, I've made their lives dim. And I wished I could return their families to them. Tell Mom and Dad, I'm sorry I lied and that is my fault  so many have died." "Oh nurse ,won't you please tell them for me?" The nurse stood there, she never agreed. But took Jenny's hand with tears in her eyes. And a few moments later Jenny had died. A man asked the nurse "Why didn't you do your best to bid that girl her one last request?". She looked at the man with eyes so sad.

Because the people in the other car were her mom and dad.

A day at the mall

Last Sunday, my family and I spent some time at the mall. We ate at the children's favorite fast food chain, the Jollibee. As we are strolling at the mall, we saw the JUMP, BOUNCE n' PLAY. It is a giant inflatable arena where you can leave your kids (4 years old and above) as you shop. My kids and my niece wishes to play there. My mother-in-law decided to grant their request. The charge at that inflatable arena was 50 per head for 20 mins. No socks no entry policy. Since we don't have socks we need to buy from them. Each socks cost 40 pesos. Since my youngest child is only 2 years old I need to accompany her. They enjoy playing at the inflatable arena. I guess they'll be playing here every time we're at the mall.

Destiny

I will not share the story of this poem anymore, but I hope lovers out there will be inspired by this.

As I sit and wait for you,
Memories of our yesterday
started to build up.
It was able to love and value you truly
It's not the span of time what matters
But how we've shared that time together.

As I sit and wait for you,
I started to think of what to do.
Many questions mingle on my mind,
was it a DESTINY?

Why?

I wrote this poem many years ago. This poem was inspired by my personal experience.

So many times I wonder why
some friendships been ruin,
destroying without hesitating?

Why do some people need to do this?
Why they need to hurt others feeling?

Should I ask them why?
Should I ask you why?
or should I ask myself why?

For this question which is a mystery to me
And forever will be a mystery.

Who's the father of Andi Eigenmanns baby?

After the confirmation of her pregnancy the big question now in showbiz industry is, who's really the father of Andi Eigenmanns baby? According to Ms. Jaclyn Jose in her TV Patrol interview, the father was Andi's first boyfriend and he broke up with Andi after he found out she's pregnant.

Rumors has been spreading that it was Albie Casiño, who's only 18 years old and also a promising actor, is Andi's former boyfriend and the two had a really bad break-up. But most recently, Andi Eigenmann reportedly has also dated Jake Ejercito, son of ex-Pres. Joseph Estrada and Laarni Enriquez.

But in an interview with inquirer columnist Dolly Anne Carvajal, actor Mark Gil finally spoke up and defended his daughter. He said that the father of Andi's baby will remain unknown. And that he wouldn’t wish that he's grandchild to be around a wimpy father who is still breast-fed by his mother. Gil even called the father of the baby a “hypocrite and pathetic animal” because of what he had done to his daughter. And also for asking for a DNA test.

Meanwhile, Gil apologized to Jake Ejercito, whose name has been dragged in the controversy. He said Ejercito is definitely not the culprit. He said that Jake was a very refined kid.According to Gil, Jake is actually his daughter’s “knight in shining armor” because “he has never left Andi’s side in spite of her situation.”

By the way Mark Gil speak, he already give us a hint. But lets just see how this story will end. Despite of being a mother at a young age I believe that Andy will still have a better showbiz career since she was really a good actress.

Andi Eigenmann at Preview Best Dressed Ball

Nine days since her mom Jaclyn Jose confirmed the pregnancy rumors, Andi Eigenmann showed up at the Preview Best Dressed Ball—held on July 8, 2011, at the Seventh High in Taguig City—looking so fashionable with her baby bump.

Questions about the condition of her pregnancy were shelved because the 21-year-old actress hastily left for the main hall of the venue.

But judging from the way she showed her baby bump with pride and poise, she must be more than fine and happy

Andi Eigenmann being pregnant is probably one of the most shocking showbiz stories in the Philippines this 2011, especially that Andi, has a very promising career ahead of her.

Last year, Andi was successfully launched as a Teleserye Princess when she played the title role in "Agua Bendita" and currently, she's still being seen as Coco Martin's leading lady in "Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin".

She also made two movies under Regal Films last year and was awarded by Guillermo Mendoza
Scholarship Foundation as the Most Promising Female Personality.

But most of her fans still support and admire her for keeping her baby.

Fishers Eco farm resort

May 14, 2011 my aunt which we all call mama Ciony, celebrates her birthday. My Tita Celfha (her youngest sister), organized an outing as a treat for her. Since it was vacation day, my son and I went to Cavite to join them. The resort which they had chosen is the Fishers Eco farm resort. A resort which is nearby our place. It was located at Burol Main Dasmarinas Cavite. They tell me that they have been there before, and that the place offers a quality relaxing time.

I will share you first how much is their entrance fee and how much is their cottages cost:
At daytime swimming,
     Adult        - 100.00 each
     Children -70.00 each
Night swimming,
     Adult        -150.00 each
     Children -100.00 each
They have open air cottages, the cheapest is the one who can occupy 12 persons and the rent for it was 500.00. For 50 person's capacity the rent is 1500.00. For 100 person's capacity the rent is 2500.00. They have floating cottages made of bamboo and anahaw leaves which can occupy 35 person's the rent for it is 1500.00. They also have tree house cottage. There is a videoke cottages with 80 person sitting capacity equipped with videoke facilities all for 2500.00. But if you really want to relax they also offer air conditioned rooms with verandas and or sofas that can occupy 12 persons for 2500.00 each. You may also enjoy their billiard center with 4 tables including accessories and the rental fee is 100.00 per table for 1 hour.

Fishers Eco farm resort is a piece of paradise in the outskirts of the bustling Metropolis. It has swimming pool with waterfalls, fountain, jacuzzi and continuous running water. They have two slides which they place at their children swimming pool. The resort-nature inspired features, not just swimming pools but also fishing lagoons. So you can enjoy not just swimming but fishing too. Guest are provided with fishing rods and baits for free. Caught fish rates 125/kilo. Aside from that they also include boating, horseback riding, lush vegetation and flower gardens.

There is an entertainment area where their singer sings and also keeps on giving safety reminders for all their customers who swims at the pool. Aside from that you can also request voice greetings from their singer for free. Like what i have done, i tell her to greet our mama Ciony a happy birthday. She not just greet our mama but also sings a happy birthday song for her.

                                            The fishing lagoon

The cottage with veranda

This are some of the pictures of Fisher's Eco farm which I got from the internet. I may say that it was not as good as it was shown in this pictures. Not strange at all, it gets different as time pass by. I don't like the water in their adult swimming pool, it hurts the eye maybe because of too much chlorine in it. But the water in other swimming pool is just good enough for me. Their jacuzzi is very relaxing too. So if I will grade the resort from 1 to 10 it will be 7. Overall, even if it was not as good as it was before, it was still beautiful. We enjoy the time in that we spent at Fishers eco farm. So I may say, its really worth being there. Below are some of the pictures that was taken during our family outing.

This  pictures shows you the two slides which are available there.

La Mesa Eco park

During summer vacation last month, my family and I went to La Mesa Eco park which is within the La Mesa watershed  at Novaliches Quezon City. The park is full of natural beauties and is a great opportunity for many things which you can't really do in city center. Before you enter the said park you will pay an entrance fee. 50 pesos each if you are living outside the Quezon City area, and 40 pesos if you are a Quezon City resident.

Here's a nice swimming pool complex a few minutes away from the foot after the entrance. There is a separate entrance fee for the swimming pool. As for adult, we pay 80 pesos each, and 50 pesos for each child (well I hope I remember it right). Just like at the entrance of the park, children 3 ft. below is free. My kids, niece, and nephew swim there over and over again until they got tired.

We also climb up to 120 steps upstairs (if my counting is right), just to see and take souvenir pictures of the La Mesa watershed (it supplies most of the water in Manila). But we found out that video or picture takings of the watershed is prohibited. It was  stated at the warning sign which was posted at the gate of the dam. I don't know the reason why video or even taking pictures of the dam was prohibited, it wasn't written after all. Well, I do hope that they will find time to also post the reason why it wasn't allowed aside from the post that stating it was prohibited, so everyone who will see that sign will not be confuse at all.

Anyway that thing doesn't spoil our moment. We enjoy going up and down the 120 steps, its like an exercise for us, though it was a really very tiring activity. I also saw there number of couples which are taking pictorials of their prenuptial pictures. I guess its because of the beautiful scenery's here. You could have fun in it by feeling away from the city center. The only thing you can see are trees, plants, and greens all around.

Here are many gorgeous flowers, giant trees, little fish and different kinds of plants and scenic views around. There are places for sports such as wall climbing, pull up, rope climbing are available around La Mesa Eco park. Here is the Petron fitness and mountain bike trail. You can enjoy a full body work out under the shades of the trees. You can tour around there with your bike or just on foot.

There is a Super ferry boating lagoon, where you can enjoy a paddle boat ride. There are about 2 hectares of Shell flower terraces which according to the internet was actually the dam wall reservoir. There is a mini playground where children can play. My kids, niece and nephew play there too. There's a number of open areas amidst the trees, shrubs, and other greenery. It is the Lopez picnic ground. It was a picnic spots with grilling facilities underneath a forest of varied trees. There are picnic tables in a number of places. Faucets / water stations are found all over the place, good for washing hands, plates or anything of that sort.

I also saw there nipa huts, where you may also take souvenir pictures. The real view that I saw at the Eco park was not as beautiful  as what I saw in the pictures which I downloaded at the internet. But overview to it, i might say that the wonders and beauty of the nature is still there.  Below this review I will show some of the pictures which I downloaded at the internet and also some of the pictures that we have taken when we went there.

Welcome to La Mesa Eco park

Start of school year (hard times, here it comes!)

This Is my son Jerameel, he's in Preparatory level now.

This is my niece Kazumi.  Both she and my son were enrolled to the same Day Care Center but they have different schedules. My son who is on Preparatory gets to school early at 8am while my niece, who is a Nursery is at 10:30 am. My son would stay at school for  about 2 and a half  hours, while my niece was for about 2 hours.

School days was hard I admit, but it was enjoyable too. Reality knocks on me. I need to wake up early in the morning. The vacation is over! (well I wish it's not ,hehehehe). It was really hard for me to take a rest now. But it's worth it, because I see them enjoying every moment in their school. First day of class was tolerable enough. This was my son's 2nd year on school. For my niece, this was her first time to go to school. But even if this was her first time, she has long been eager to go to school since she was seeing my son going to school last year. I saw some of the children's were crying. Not strange at all, it usually happens on the first day of class.

Anyway, after i accompany my son in going to school, I will go back in my mother in law's house to fetch Kazumi. After their class, you'll be seeing me carrying two bags. It was fine because as of now, they don't have books yet, so it was still light to carry. I'm so happy if they are showing me stars in their hands which means they got very good. And most important above all is that they learn how to mingle with others.

My son and my niece

June 26 2006, a healthy baby boy was born. He weighs 7.5 pounds. His father name him Jerameel. He was my son.  A year after he (Jerameel) was born, a healthy baby girl come out on this world. That was June 29 2007.  She was born in Japan. And her name was Kazumi, who turn out to be my beautiful niece. The daughter of my sister in law.

June 29 2011 when they both celebrate their birthday. My son celebrates his 5th birthday, while my niece celebrates her 4th birthday. Their Lola buy them ice cream, cake, pizza , a bucket of chicken and a set of balloons. That was more than enough for them to enjoy their birthday .

I cant believe how time flies incredibly so fast. Now they are both going to school. My son were now in preparatory level, while my niece was in nursery.

First time Blogger

I'm not a professional blogger. In fact this was the first time for me to have my own blog site. When I came out to watch Jessica Soho (a Filipino broadcast journalist, documentarian and news director who received a George Foster Peabody Award) featured about blogger, that's when the time I dream of being a blogger. I really want to be a blogger. But I don't know how or where to start.

Until my high school friend Aya,give me an idea on how will I write my thoughts online. At first, I'm kind of confuse on how will I start, what topic I will write or going to focus with. Aside from the fact that I only have pocketful of English.hihihihi!! Being a blogger,u should have a mind full of ideas or thoughts.

Thanks to my high school friend Aya because she is the one who inspires me to start my own blog. Every time I read her blog she doesn't fail to inspires me. With GOD'S help I hope I can also inspire readers with my thoughts.

My life's decision

I got pregnant at the age of  20. My husband and I were not yet married then. At first, when i found out that I'm pregnant I'm so scared. I don't know how will i tell my Aunt and my Grandma of my situation. They are the one who supports me in my studies.(By the way,I'm a 2nd year college student then). I'm so afraid on what they will tell me. But my boyfriend (who is my husband now) stays by my side. He is the one who tells my aunt about my situation.

Even if I got pregnant at an early age,I've never think of aborting my baby. Abortion is the termination of a pregnancy by the removal or expulsion of a fetus or embryo from the uterus before it is viable. Even though I'm scared of getting pregnant i know Abortion is a big sin on GOD. I'm so glad I made a right decision in life. As of now, we're already married and living happily with our two kids.

A proud mommy to his son

Last school year my son Jerameel who was 4 years old then, went to a Day Care Center in our place. At first he only knows how to write his full name, identify the alphabet and also the numbers 1 to 10. When the school year has ended my son can already identify colors, shapes, can count and write the numbers from 1 to 100  and read CVC patterns. Going to school is really fun. I know my son learn a lot from going to school. He learn a lot from his teacher. Not just academically, but also socially and emotionally.

He got honor which make me so proud for him as his mom. He was the fourth honor in their class, the Best in Filipino, and also the Most Discipline. I'm really so proud of my son. We parents, should always be proud even on a little achievement of our kids.

Who is Ivy?

Hi I'm Ivy.A 25 year old mother of two lovable kids,a boy and a girl.My husband's name is Mr. Darwin Generoso who is an Electrical Engineer.I graduated Associate in Business Administration.I really love business(but as of now,i cant put up my own.I don't have enough money yet.LOL).I'm currently managing my brother in law's computer shop. This is my first time to create a blog.It was my high school classmate who give me an idea to make this thing.
